Submit your most challenging cases in valvular and structural heart disease. The best submissions will be selected for presentation at New York Valves 2024.

Guidelines

Please submit a PowerPoint file of about five to 10 slides.

The following video formats are allowed: mpeg, wmv, avi, mov, mpg & mp4.
All videos should be under 30 MB.

Submit your novel technology concepts for a chance to present. New York Valves is the preeminent platform for unveiling new technological developments in transcatheter valve therapies, LAA closure, PFO closure, and other structural heart disease therapies.

Submissions must be relevant to the monitoring, diagnosis, or treatment of valvular heart disease and interventions.

Presenters will be notified via email if their presentations are selected to be featured in the Innovation Forum or other sessions.

Guidelines

Please submit a PowerPoint file of about 10 to 15 slides. Your submission must include all of the following as they relate to your technology:

• Unmet clinical need it fills/its intended field of use.
• Description of the technology and differentiation from existing technologies.
• IP position/landscape.
• Summary of preclinical and/or early human data (if appropriate).
• Regulatory pathway/strategy and strategy for commercialization (if appropriate).

Submit your Late-Breaking Clinical Science and First-in-Human and Early Feasibility Studies for presentation at New York Valves. Submissions should be first-time presentations of any of the following:

• The primary endpoint or major secondary endpoint results of a randomized clinical trial or registry.
• Insightful meta-analysis that may have an impact on clinical practice.
• Early human clinical experience with novel devices.

• Important: Accepted Late-Breaking Clinical Science presentations are subject to strict embargo before they are officially presented at New York Valves 2024. Please ensure a preliminary version of the presentation slides, including results, are ready for submission by May 28, 2024.

Guidelines

• Limit of 3,000 characters, including spaces and including characters in images and tables.
• Text fields include full trial summary and primary endpoint data.
• Upload limit per image is 10 MB. Images will reduce your character limit by 600.
• Only 1 table is allowed, no more than 20 rows and 10 columns.
• Please submit .PNG and .JPG files only.

We also wish to extend an invitation to submit the final paper of your work to Structural Heart: The Journal of the Heart Team, the official journal of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. We will give your submission expedited review and, if accepted, we can also offer support publicizing your science through press and social media promotion. Submit abstracts that address valvular disease, transcatheter valve interventions, LAAO, and/or other structural heart disease diagnostic modalities or therapies.

Entries must be original research but may include portions of abstracts and/or manuscripts presented elsewhere. Clinical studies, basic science investigations, and preclinical studies are equally encouraged.
